Flu Shot Funny

Yesterday Jackson and I went to get our flu shots. I put a brave face on as Jackson watched me get mine and then it was his turn. I just hate having to hold him down for shots. He actually did really well this time and the screaming tears subsided very quickly once I pulled the blue lollipop out of my bag of tricks. Mr. Bounce Back was feeling so good that I was able to run into Target for some groceries. As we were shopping, the buckle from the shopping cart pressed into his leg and very loudly he announced, "Ouch...THAT LADY HURT ME!" I explained to him that the lady had to give him the shot so that he wouldn't get sick. He said, "OK, mommy, no throw up." "That's the plan," I said crossing my fingers!
