Bryan's birthday was a little over a month ago. We celebrated that night just the 3 of us over a yummy dinner and a very indulgent chocolate cake I made. Jackson insisted on blowing up balloons for Daddy and then decided after dinner that we all needed to sit on them and try to pop them. He also picked out a new baseball for Bryan to play catch with him. We got him framed pictures for his very bare office and then surprised him with an already planned outing to the Astros with some of our friends.
Last night was the Astros outing. Yes, we went to 2 Astros games this week and loved both visits. Our seats were pretty high up last night, but we were right behind home plate and it was so open that it was easy to float around visiting with everyone. We went out afterwards with everyone and because my parents were keeping Jackson we felt so relaxed. It was so fun hanging out with everyone and was a great end to Bryan's birthday celebrations.
